I'm cheating by looking at the short seasons, but...

1995 Atlanta Braves (Maddux, 209.2)
1995 Seattle Mariners (Johnson, 214.1)
1995 New York Yankees (McDowell, 217.2)
1995 Los Angeles Dodgers (Ramon Martinez, 206.1)
The other four teams had no 200+ IP pitchers.

1981 Kansas City Royals (Leonard, 201.2)
The other seven teams had none.

1972 Cincinnati Reds (Billingham, 217.2)

There's probably some others.
