Well, while I haven't begun suffering from heartburn yet, my BFF has all thru-out hers... somepeople will get heartburn no matter what they eat. I would however avoid acidic foods like tomato based products, certain fruits, and cucumbers/cabbage. What I would recommend is something smooth like pudding, jello could be good too!

Everything gives me heartburn...even water. So I just eat whatever I want. I think the best snack is oreos and milk. My doctor told me to start taking zantac but it doesn't help at all. Good luck!

I can't put anything in my mouth with out it giving me heartburn. So i'm not help to you. I swear i go through a bottle of tums a week! lol

I eat hard boiled eggs. I feel the protien is good for us and it's easy to eat. I usually have some made as my two year old loves them too. They're great for a busy morning too!

Milk, cheese any dairy (Ice Cream!!!!).
Avoid nuts, peanut butter or salty snacks.
