Does every state in the country think that out-of-staters can't drive for beans? For example: People here in NH generally think people from Mass suck at driving. How about you? What's your State and who's your bad driver?

IN here. OH is considered to be IN's bad out-of-state driver.

That happens everywhere. What actually is happening is that the out of state driver is not familar with where he or she is going so they slow down,pull over,etc.etc.
