Get a great game of scrabble going. Invite some friends tell everyone to bring something and have a blast. If you don't like scrabble choose a game you like.

Try picking out a movie you all know and playing it without any sound. Then each one of you take a character and do the voices. Having a dirty mind helps, or you can just be silly.

Ask more questions and use up your points, thinking up questions should keep you busy for a few minutes, shouldn't it? See how many original or oddball questions you can get. Or how many answers you can get. Have a contest with one of your friends, how many answers you can get in a certain period of time.
