I'd say Michaels is the most 'believable' answer, based on the fact that he's lasted more time in the ring under Royal Rumble circumstances than any other superstar that you listed.
Of course, this assumes that each wrestler is in their prime condition.
Based on today's standards, I dare say it would be C.M. Punk, for his sheer tenacity and survival instinct.
