um "pleasure yourself"? I heard that it relieves some of the pain from cramps.....I was wondering if that's true.

And yes that is true, let me tell you why that is... when you have an orgasm your uterus contracts a bit. It also relaxes your muscles in your pelvic region and lower abdomen. Everything tenses up, then relaxes.
Orgasm also gets rid of sinus headaches.

No I don't pleasure myself! Yes having intercourse helps relieve the cramps. It's a little messy, but put a towel down and then shower after. Hope this helps your icky question.

to be honest, i have on a few occasions. but, i don't on a regular basis. it's more about my mood. oh and it doesn't relieve the pain.
