Well, I wouldn't know, because i've never done that before. BUT I've gotten my ears pierced, and that was kinda painful, so yes, it will probably hurt a little.

I had both mine done yrs. ago-If I can remember, ya-maybe it depends on the person (what hurt was when my earing got ripped out of my nipple on my bedsheet,-the way I leaped on my bed)

Ew. I don't want to think about it. And I advise you NOT to do it. It gets infected just like your ears... just think about it. When you hit your boob on something it hurts. A lot. Think how much it would hurt if you stuck it with a needle!!!!! *shudder*

Probably, they seem to be pretty sensitive. i couldnt imagine it in the wintertime :0
