Because illegals are a drain on our economy. People come from all countries and end up on our welfare system. NEVER having worked and they get social security benefits , medical and other things and NEVER put a penny into it! My grandfather came from Italy at the age of 7 and when he died he had a large amount of money as did all of his family members. Why was that? BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH HE ONLY HAD A 3RD GRADE EDUCATION HE WAS NOT AFRAID TO WORK AND NEVER WOULD HAVE ASKED THE GOVERNMENT TO SUPPORT HIM. That is only part of the reason WE try to stop Mexicans from crossing. Learn proper English too when you want to post. US Mexicans? WRONG...

I live along the border, they are not all Mexicans that cross the border. We see a large number or drugs that come over in back packs. Some of these people are terrorist, if we can't stop the crossing or foreign people this country is going to be in more danger than the 911.The rancher that live on the border now half to carry guns to protect themselves. If you don't think it'd a problem you need to vacation on our border.
