Service sector basically is about the Office job. By this it means, services is been provided to the clients by people or employee of a business itself.
Product sector is all about manufacturing. Where a product is being manufactured,assembled, designed or whatever more processes are involved, then the role of a quality manager, or controller etc etc all these comes under product sector.

AND then the service sector comes into the scenario in representing its product to the public or anyone involved.

The service sector is any business that helps you
either gain a product or to service you or a product.
The product are is the manufacturing sector

Farming, mining, manufacturing, and construction are in the product sector. everything else is service. If you pay for it but can't touch it, it is a service. Sectors are classified by value added not the final product, that is a restaurant adds value by cooking but he food they cook was produced by the farmer.
