I'm in high school and I don't wear makeup. It's weird becuase my class (sophmores) look younger than the freshman because most of us don't wear anything but gloss and the freshmen cake it on.
Don't worry. You'll grow out of puberty and you'll realize that most guys prefer a natural look anyways. (Believe me, I've asked.)
But try using St. Ives scrub. It helps reduce blackheads and acne by alot. Cucumber slices on the eyelids get rid of puffiness. A dab of toothpaste on your acne before bedtime reduces it. And a sugar scrub (brown sugar + little water to make a thick paste and scrub it all over your face for a minute) leaves my skin feeling very soft. And I glow when I use Olay face lotion (especially applied to lips).

I wasn't allowed to wear makeup makeup (eyeshadow, mascara, etc) until I was a freshman, and I had to push for that. But to not be allowed to wear coverup is kind of crazy! You might be able to reason with your mom by saying something like this when both of you are in a good mood, "Hey Mom. I've been noticing I'm getting a lot more acne lately, and it makes me feel gross and dirty. It would really help if I could wear a little coverup on them. Do you think you could help me shop for some good acne products too, so I won't need to wear coverup?" This kind of approach may win her over, since it will appear to be a loose, temporary agreement.
Be sure to wash your face a couple times a day with a good cleanser (NOT regular soap) and pat dry gently with a towel. Don't wash your face excessive amounts or rub harshly.
Consider doing something to draw attention away from your breakouts: Fluff your hair with some volumizing shampoo or leave in treatment, blow dry and wear down around your face. Add some sparkly or brightly colored cute hair pieces. This will cause people to focus more on your hair than your acne. If you have thick, frizzy, curly hair like I do, put mousse in your hair to control frizz but keep curl and wear in the same way. If you have short hair, just use the hair pieces. Some sparkly hair gel or spray may be nice as well.
Good luck! I know how hard growing up can be, I'm going through it myself!

You really are immature. I can understand that your mother wouldn't want you to wear makeup. Grow up and accept the way you look, if you feel ugly, then so be it, but stop whining, make up doesn't make anyone beautiful.
I praise your mother for trying to keep you away from the superficiality of society, but you are obviously not able to see what a favor she is doing you.
I'm not sure how you wanted people to help you, you aren't allowed to wear it, so that kind of end the conversation there. What can anyone say more?

Wow
You need to bulid confidence
you have a major thing with using it as a crutch
and it's not a crutch it's make-up, used to cover who you really are, or enhance what you have, it you cover up so much that when you take it off you feel bare, you need to lay off with it, you have placed too much importance on make-up and not having it may help you. Besides you sould like every other girl with out makup on anyhow!

I know where you are going. I'm in middle school, too. I'm a 6th grader, but I'm allowed to wear make-up. The reason why is That many 8th graders try to act "cool", but putting on gobs of make-up, but it looks bad. I know my limits.
Eye bag help:
You shouldn't be worrying about bags, if you use eye cream in 8th grade, you'll get wrinkles, and that doesn't help. Try putting cucumbers dipped in whole milk on your eyes, it gets rid of bags. Also, you should get EXTRA sleep that night.
Blackheads:
You have grease on your face, wash it with a good face wash. Here are some:
http://www.blissworld.com/product/bliss+clog-dissolving+cleansing+milk.do?search=basic&keyword=blackheads&sortby=all&asc=false&page=1
I got that in NYC and it really helps, but you only can get their products are high end stores, or their spa in NYC and LA, that's all I know of.
A cheaper alternative:
http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P7109&categoryId=B70
Get the one for $10, I also have that, but it works better if you first wash w/ warm water, put it on, and rinse w/ cold water.
Acne:
No product that's "cheap" can get rid of it, you need to see a doctor. I saw my doctor because I had an acne problem, and to be honest, make-up will make it worse, unless it's gone. Go to your doctor and he/she will help.
Scars:
Have you heard of Mederma? Well, they get rid of scars, and there is also one for kids. Tell your mom to get it, it's not expensive.

Good luck, and you don't need make-up for everything!

get some acne medication for the blackheads n wear concealer. to much make up makes a girl look fake and always wearing make up makes you seem insecure. if you wear make up that isnt noticeable then your mom cant be mad you'll feel more confident and the boys prefer a confident girl not a fake girl. im 21 and i barely ever wear make up and i have more guys hit on me than on my friends who do wear make up

talk to her about feeling insecure. if your completly honest with her, she might be able to comprimise with you. dont think makeup covers everything! some makeup can make acne and blackheads worth! try to stay as natural as possible. maybe some mascara and a light powder will do the trick! good luck
