We can all have those moments but I think that if you have lived life a fair bit then you have some experience. These teenagers who say I want to start a family live your life first that is what I think. I'm a little older than you but still say daft things , make mistakes and am a fool but a happy fool ha ha

a 38 year old numpty just like me...ahhh...well they say life starts at 40...so lets see if we get any better then hey...we've got 2 more years of being utter numptys till then so lets not worry toooo much about it just yet.
older better...no not really...my ex was 45 he had 9 A levels and 9 Olevels and a BSc....he made a bonfire next to a wooden fence next to our neighbours wooden shed and poured petrol and put firelighters in it to start it...one match was all it took...whoosh!!!!
3 fire engines later..........so i say no.. age is no judge of character at all.
enjoy being a numpty....i am.

logic dictates that you "live and learn" what a pile of cr*p!!!!
I have met some young people with a very wise head on them and some older people who need to be taught a thing or two.
I'm 40 and still learning and gonna join a numpty club .. wanna come with lol ?

I do believe it's true. The very fact that you admit that you aren't as "numpty" as you used to be should make you a believer too! LOL

As we get older we experience new things and we learn from them. You may not notice it,but you are wiser than you were just a year ago.
It's getting old that isn't wise but consider the alternative

Not always. There is a vast difference between 50 years experience and 1 years experience, 50 times. Some learn…some don't.

no. maturity is wiser.
usually maturity comes with age which is why people say "older is wiser" but some people run around acting like an immature 12 year old their whole lives... and they're not wise...
so yeah.
also in order to become mature as you get older you have to learn from your mistakes... so yeah.

older = more experience
But, I've learned that some people as they get older ..start playing dumb (somehow, somewhere they get confused and think it really works to play this game)
It's like when you see a grandmother trying to dress like or act like a "granddaughter." Or a man who is around 40 dressed like he is in high school with a big chain around his neck?
So, no ...older is not necessarily wiser....sometimes older equals dumber?

Well, not always but in my case it does. I was very dumb in my early years. I only began to get wise at 38. And I had to specifically work at getting wise. It doesn't just happen. Read the Velveteen Rabbit and the skin horse will tell you how to get "real."

There are 9-year olds writing for the children's
version of The New Yorker magazine (forgive
me, I don't recall right this second the name of it),
and there are people I know over 70 who
think "irregardless" is a word, etc.
Does this answer?
