Any soup that's suitable for a vegetarian. I love soup. Last week I had some (home-made) Cream of Beetroot soup for the first time - it was a revelation.

My home made potato soup. All kinds of stuff goes into it.
Potatoes, celery, onions, chives, mushrooms, red bell pepper,carrots, broccoli, bacon (I use turkey bacon), and Pepper Jack cheese. It tastes like a loaded baked potato. I like to serve it with either a crusty Sourdough, or Garlic Bread, made with lots of fresh crushed garlic, parsley and Parmesan Cheese.
