Here's an easy explanation:
1. Plug your iPod into your computer.
2. Open iTunes.
3. Click on your iPod.
4. At the top, it says diff things like Summary, Music, Videos, etc. Click on Pictures.
5. From there, just click or unclick. Easy!

when you connect your ipod in itunes click in the photos and then pick which ones you want

open up ur itunes when u connect it to ur computer than click on photos and delete the ones u dont want.
