I agree with you completely!! It never ceases to amaze me how many people ask questions and then don't bother to rate the answers or to resolve it!! When people take the time to answer my questions, I see them all the way through to completion!! I appreciate what people do!!

Some people can't thumbs because they are level 1.
Also, I like to help people, so I answer for that reason. not to be rewarded with thumbs, or 10 points.

I try to answer as accurately as I can regardless of how the question is asked. I haven't given "thumbs up" to many questions, though.
