can birth control cause irregular periods for the first few months.?

I had my period the first month I stared but this second month I have not Had my period. my last period lasted 9 days but it was light. tommorow I start my 3rd pack. I'm on yaz

Yes, it sure can. And even after they do get adjusted to the medication your periods may actually be a lot lighter and shorter in length depending on what your normal number of days for a period is.

Yes that is very normal ! Your period will be irregular for a couple months mine was when i first started it !!! Good luck
