re-leveling a modular?

We had some foundation work done and now all of the "I" beams are creaking. We shimmed some up and then others got lose. Any suggestions for righting this problem? Thank you!

Have you used HOUSE jacks? It sounds to me like the "work" has some "flaws" in that the SLAB??? isn't quite level, or there are depressions in some areas?

"Shimming" is very likely your only option at this point; and eventually all of the supports will rest on something.
