for sure there will be even slight deference between how I see myself and how the others see me.
For honest persons, looking deep inside themselves will be a true self evaluation, following that is to reform themselves till they see the same image that their friends are seeing.
I would like to share others about how I define myself but I don't think it significantly matters, what is really important is to do our best to rectify our defects and reach the good image that the others think about us.

It's very difficult for me to describe myself so i won't.
As for u my sweet friend, u hold all the good traits and qualities of a human being. U are very loyal, kind hearted, humble, funny, a bit naughty hehehehe but in a sweet way.

I try to be cheerful with others, not because I have deep seated pain that I never show and all that crap, but because that really makes me feel better. that works with me all the time.
I love my work and get very very upset if something hinders my ability to do it.
I am very strict with lazy, untidy and careless people, but very soft with hard working honest people.
I will respect everyone I know till they give me a strong reason not to. That does not include them being intellectually, economically or socially less than myself.
I hate to see a person being abused by someone more advantaged than him in terms of position or power.
I have a big problem with authority. I can accept being called names by my colleagues but accept far less from my superiors.
I think I'm getting carried away here. It's turning into a novel.
you know, when people answer questions like this, they will write down what they would like to be, not what they are.
So, do you think I need professional help.
