What are some type of self injuries behaviors among teen agegers?

I am doing a project for school and all i can think of are basic like cutting, burning, hitting self, and head banging.. Any one else know of anything else let me know

acid(chemical) burns, needles under skin, breaking bones, picking scabs, holding breath till you pass out...

You know why you do this don't you? Your life is out of order and not in obedience to Christ. When we put Christ first, everything else falls in line. Three things must happen to stop these self injury behaviors and they are:

1. Love God 2. Love yourself 3. Love others

When you don't love yourself, you are telling God that what He created is no good. God said everything that He created was good. About you, He said, "you are fearfully and wonderfully made." God thinks you are absolutely fantastic because you are the works of His hands. He said He knew you before He formed you in your mother's womb. He loved us so much that Jesus went to the Cross for our sins so we could have eternal life with Him.

Teenagers possess great fears, especially fear of self and fear of others. The fear that no one will like them. The fear of being embarrassed.
