I have answered ALOT of questions about other people and their period problems, but that doesn't mean I'm not confused with mine.
My mom told me to chart when I got cramps, and blood, and heavy discharge, and I did.
I started my period June 16th, and ended it June 24th, had heavy discharge the 25th and 26th.Through out that week and a half, I had major cramps.I then had heavy discharge July 28th to August 3rd. I had cramps the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd of august. Then, I had cramps on September 13th. I spotted (very little blood) September 18th and 19th.
I haven't truely had my period scince June 16th (other than spotting). I'm confused, because that's over 3 months without my period, and my mom hasn't even skipped 1 period in her life!

I don't want some opinion, because I know it isn't serious, I just want a professional to answer so I know what may be preventing my period ect. I know I won't be able to figure out the next day I'll start.

I haven't changed diets, and have gotten stressed more as school has started. but not much. I'm now 13 (if it helps). I have been exercising more with volleyball, but that's the most change I can really think of.

Your hormones are rather erratic when you are young. Most women don't have a reliable cycle until they are out of their teens. Some women never do.

Some things that interfere with the hormone cycle are change and stress. By change, I mean change in diet, change in daily schedule, change in amount of execise, change in weight, etc.

Have you been sick? Gone back to school after summer vacation?

Stress is self-explanatory, and is just another form of change.

Here's the deal. You are thirteen. This is why your period is so irregular. Some people have irregular periods all their life and they opt to go on birthcontrol pills, because it regulates your period, keeps it light, and keeps cramping to a minimum. Imyself had to start taking birthcontrol pills at 17 years old because my period was not always consistent adn terrible cramping.
My advice to you is that you must wait it out. It takes an average of two to four years for a girl to regulate. If you are still having problems, then you should see a gyno. Until then there is absolutely no need to worry.

it could oftentimes be painful, that's why. think of being stabbed interior the genitals with a kitchen knife and you get the photograph, you will probable bleed as a lot additionally. Hormones additionally play an element. that's hardly ever a valid argument. A era isn't a sickness, you're top on that account.

You need to take a multi vitamin every morning with a full glass of water and drink Pure Cranberry juice to stop those terrible cramps. This came straight from my doctor because I refuse to take any kind of pain pills. It stoped my pain and it will stop yours too..the vitamins will make your monthly cycle REGULAR and will end heavy flows. You should also add an IRON supplement to speed up the balance! Do this and you will be glad, ask a nurse if you want confiramtion!

Exercising a lot such as playing volleyball can affect the period. I would definitely recommend letting your doctor know what's going on when you have your next check up.

No one here can give you a definite diagnoses. You would have to have an actual exam and tests. This forum can only give you possibilities and suggestions. So, you need to see a GYN. It sounds as if you may have a cyst playing games with your hormones. This is just one possibility.
