Well basically (actually not really), I need to make a copy of a page out of a book and then i need to find a way to email it to my teacher. Is this possible? I could scan it but then how would that become a document in a computer so that I can attach it to an email? Please help me if you can figure it out. Thanks.

You will need a scanner, unless you want to retype the page.

The scanner will copy the page to a file (type depends on your scanning software)
Which you can e-mail as an attachment.

You could scan it & save it as a .jpg. She'd still be able to read it but it would be a picture. You could also take a picture of it with a good camera so that it could be read. Or you can download OCR software that will let you change scans into a document that you can type on as if you typed it in yourself. The easiest would be to scan it in & save it as a picture & attach that to your email.

you can attach your file as an jpg file, you can also convert it to a pdf file with a convertor. You can find a convertor on the internet.
