How do you know if a married is flirting innocently or not? What are some behaviors that indicate wanting an affair, versus just finding someone attractive?

So, married men who flirt necessarily would cheat? That's the question, not if it is right or wrong.

For the man it usually seems like it starts out innocent whether he's fooloing himself or not. Man flirts, woman (married or not) flirts back. If it "feels" right or they "hit it off" as they say it will escalate, whether the original intention was to have an affair or not. To the man it seems like luck and is usually considered and talked about that way.

Certainly they would cheat. The way these married men flirting are only means if women on them surround these guys find them okey, these married men probably cheat and go on.

Flirting can be innocent. For instance, compliment the hostess get better table. Compliment the waitress/waiter get better service. I don't look at it as flirting per se just paying someone a compliment.

i agree with kim t. When you are married, there is a line between flirting and being nice, if you cross that line you are doing something wrong

Glancing and smiling at someone is acceptable behavior....but outright flirting is not and there is nothing innocent about it.

I don't think you ever really know. Just make sure you, yourself are innocent about the situation and you have nothing to worry about. You cant control what others do, you can only control what you do.
