morther broad support Ati croosfire and 1st ram is cross fire and 2nd one SLi so my broad does not suppot that ..so even 2nd one has more things will it good for my motherbroad ?

BOTH are high performance/low latency RAM. BUT your premium motherboard deserves the faster RAM, which is the second one.

That board is designed for 800 and 1066 ram so dont even consider the first one.
