those yahooer's that only ask and answer questions and do not vote? i always go and vote to let my voice be heard. do you think they should make it where you have to vote a cettain amout of times before you can answer other questions? i am not being mean i was just wondering wgat other people think.

If you force people to vote, it might threaten the quality of the voting as some would vote randomly just to satisfy the requirement.
