I heard/read that there are few people with very keen sense of smell who are called a Nose who identify scents. Is this true? If so, what type of jobs are for these people? And what it the job title actually called?

I have seen articles saying that coffee roasters and perfume blenders employ them. I don't think it is a large career field though.

There are individuals in the wine industry who can sniff wine blindfolded and identify the variety of wine, what winery bottled it, what year it was produced, etc.
