i want to do some squats and lunges, but i haven't eaten all day.. will i pass out or something if i work out for like 20 mins?

i'm not trying to lose weight by fasting.. i'm muslim and this is ramadaan that is why i'm fasting. ;]

Probably pass out. I'd cut it down to 10.

so you're trying to lose weight..the wrong way.
you could go ahead and work out and you probably won't pass out (squats and lunges aren't as demanding as cardio workouts--and if you attempt to do those, that's when i'd think you'd faint)...but you will be VERY tired and hungry when you're done which may make you want to binge. btw, it's best to consume about 200cals within 1-2 hours post workout to replenish depleted blood glucose or something like that--you need carbs to "burn" fat.

remember, fasting does not mean you starve yourself (because you did say you haven't eaten all day). but then again, i believe "if you're not hungry you don't have to eat"

update: ah..ok...well then, if you're fasting during the day but still eating at another time, you're probably not going to faint--you'll be really hungry after the workout. but it probably isn't a good idea to do cardio or endurance/stamina workouts.

I'd doubt you'd pass out unless you really overdid it, but I wouldn't push myself too hard if you haven't eaten.

you'll probably pass out SO eat before u exercise.

it wouldn't be the best idea, no. if you have to exercise, keep it to a bare minimum
