That they still need a while to become a fully functioning team...that for what they have now they are not playing to their full potential. They need to stop playing lame and win some games.

They will be 2-2 after tomorrow. This is a whole new Raider team with a little bit of heart this year.

I wouldn't go as far as some have and say they will have a winning season. However, they will do better than last year. (not that this will take a lot)
It's not a good start to a team that already is pretty bad when you can't get the #1 draft picked signed until week 2 of the season.
The team has problems on both sides of the ball and off the field.

obviously they're not too good this year, i see them going anywhere from 4-12 - 6-10. the problem is their offense. they don't have a good offensive line at all, their quarterbacks suck, they don't have very many decent recievers, and their running backs are only okay. But they are actually pretty good on defense, especially their corners asomougha and huff. they're both really underated. in fact, last year the raiders ranked 5th in total defense in the NFL, so those who say that their defense sucks have no idea what they're talking about.

Umm...they suck. Their offense sucks...their defense sucks just a bit less than their offense, and their staff REALLY sucks.
