Why does my ipod go slow sometimes?

my ipod goes slow sometimeswhen i click on a a song to play it and it takes like 2 seconds to start the song

Oh, yeah, 2 whole seconds. Bummer.

It may just be the song. Some songs are like that. I seriously doubt it's your iPod.
