actually alot of you are wrong there are several states where you can make them street legal. arizona is one of the most popular ones because it is so easy to do. i just need to know the requirements for louisiana. as i said before i know it is possible i have seen a few people both on one and selling some

No there is no where in us where its legal they go to fast or to slow. you cant make them either.

sorry, but in order for a vehicle to be made street legal, it has to be offered from the factory with all the options to make it street legal. In otherwords, you can't make a dirt bike street legal, unless the company offered the same bike in a street legal version. On an atv, they must come with full fenders, brake lights, running lights, and all the other requirements set forth by the dot. I'm not saying they don't get ridden on the street, here in small town Idaho, we drive those in town and during the winter, we run snowmobiles in town. BUT, they are not street legal, it's just that we have a bunch of good cops and as along as we behave, we can continue.

ATV'x are generally not street legal. There are exceptions. Contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles and ask them.

. in my state you can lisence atv for on road use. they must have a slow moving vehicle sign and a flag. and in my state turn signals are not required to ride them on the roads. remember to use hand signals.

you need to modify any thing you could think off on the ATV.,BODY is easier to do ,then apply for a permit as a experimental car

I only know of one state where they are legal and they have all the lights and signals of a motorcycle. ( hi/low beam headlight ) other than WY. you cant do it.
