Pay close arrention.
You can't stop doing stupid things or stop craving cigarettes, or stop arguing with teachers or act as if you're great and even you can't stop thinking another person possesses you if you think you can't.

That's a pretty good list and yet I am sure if you wanted you could come up with more. The problem here has to do with how you think. You need to focus on what it is that you want or in other words become goal oriented. That is all there is to it, it's easy, you can do it.

What would you rather do instead of smoking. Write down a list, like I want to feel healthy, I want to stay healthy passed the age of twenty, I want to play sports in college, whatever it is that you would like to see happen to you as a result of accomplishing your new goal. What could you do with the extra money?

Do you want better grades? How will that affect your life? Spend some time visualizing the outcome of these new habits, after all that is really all there is to it. It is a matter of exchanging habits from ones you don't like to ones you do. Sure, you can develop the habit of wanting great grades and enjoying getting them just how you want them. Once you learn that technique, you'll be able to get anything you want in life. If you happen to choose something and decide you don't want it any more, no problem. Spend a little time thinking about what you want to change and what results you prefer and away you go. All of life works this way. Have fun.! That's right, you can decide to enjoy your life and you will.

You da boss, man!

Have you dealt with the occult, ie witchcraft, sorcery, magic, Satanism, New Age,etc.? When we open our minds to the demonic as in games that we play, movies that we watch or music that we listen to, we invite evil spirits within us.

When you catch yourself with this feeling, under your breath start saying to yourself, Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, please guide me today. Take the anger from me. Take me through this day. When your thoughts are on Jesus and you keep them on Jesus the evil spirits will soon leave. Pick up the Bible, read from it and watch the peace come over you.

Anger is a sign of fear. The Bible says, "Perfect love casts out all fear, because fear has torment." Jesus is perfect love.
2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind."

Control this now because it leads to disease. The key roots behind disease are: bitterness, accusation, occultism, envy, jealousy, rejection, unloving spirits, addictions and fear.

The Bible states "a curse without a cause does not come."

1 John 4:18
"There is no fear in love; but perfect love (Christ) casts out fear: because fear has torment. He that fears is not made perfect in love."

Love God - Love Yourself - Love Others.
Peace with God, Peace with yourself and Peace with others.

Trusting the Lord is a wonderful thing because God is in control and when He gives us the Holy Spirit within us, the Holy Spirit teaches you all things - especially self control.
