I need some advice for work on a tagline.?

OK, so at work for my school age kids i am doing the birthday chart along with the season. I have leaves that they have colored and i have cut out and i have bigger leaves that have their names and birthdays on them. But i need some kind of tagline that will have people know what the leaves are for. any help? any ideas?

They know it's autumn so the tree will make sense already, and they will see that the names and birthdays are there. It's obvious you have found a nice seasonal way to show everyones' birthday. So maybe you can just put "Our Happy Birthdays" under it.
