I'm due in three months and I'm trying to think of the perfect name for her. I don't want any names too outlandish, but also not a completely unoriginal name - I want a name that is classic and will be perfect for both a young girl & when she's older!
My surname is Jones & I'm currently flitting between the names:
Lily Grace
Olivia Grace
Ella Rose
Emily Rose
Isabelle (nn Elle/Ella) Olivia
Eloise (nn Elle/Ella) Sophie
Which of those do people prefer? or maybe you prefer a different combination of the above? Please help!!

I love Ella, such a pretty name.
I like Ella Grace Jones as a combo, flows really nicely.

Lily, Olivia, Ella, Emily and Isabelle are all very popular right now.
I personally like the name Eloise best. You could buy her the Eloise books also.
The name Olivia is the character of a Pig in children books (Olivia the pig) and I would hate for her to be teased or given a nickname because of it.
I like Grace as a middle name.
What about Sophie Grace?

I think Lily is becoming too popular. I know 4 lily's born in the last yr. I think Olivia is good or Eloise. All the combos you have are great. It may help you to look at the meaning and see if that makes one a better choice for you or you may find a variation that you like as well .For example: I wanted to name my son Andrew Jacob however my cousins middle name is andrew and andrew is very common so I found a variation and named him DeAndre Jacob.

omg u have like the best name list right there. !! Lily Grace is my fav cuz thats what I would name my daughter. and I like Ella Rose! Those are my top girl names. U read my mind lol. I like Isabelle but not Isabelle Olivia. I dont like Eloise and Emily cuz there over populated. Along with Olivia since everyone uses it now. i kinda Like isabelle/a Rose better. ADORABLE NAMES! All great names, though as I have noticed in my day to day work with young kids, all of these names are extremely popular right now. Try looking at naming trends, if you want to be sure your daughter's name is not super high and the current lists. Great book called the Baby Name Wizard (tehy have a website, too) show all the trends currently and in years past. They have a whole section with many great classic, old fashioned names in the same style as the ones you have selected. :) Good luck and congrats!
