Do not post anything on the internet or anywhere else unless you want to be sued for slander and libel.

Hire an attorney to sue the niece for fraud and conversion.

If you have hard evidence of fraud, call the police.

In most states she can be charged with Elder Abuse and Misuse of monies. He's going to have to get an attorney and Fight it in Civil Court. Maybe someone will take the Case ProSe or on contingency fee and winning. Have them file police reports and have the documents to prove it. File also with the States Attorney's Office. Blood relatives cannot be in most states set aside or set out of any inheritance. I had the same thing occur with the death of my father. They not only changed his will, they stole my will, got someone else to use my legal name and tried to use my own will as already being deceased.

Only if you wish to spend a lot of money on lawyers to defend yourself against slander suits. So far, you have not mentioned any legal proof that this happened. No one wants to press charges. Something sounds fishy about this problem.
