Honestly, I dont believe your child can get a license. By many state laws you must be 16 years old to hold a license unless you work on a farm and that is a whole other story. Your child might have to ride a bike around or have someone else take her places do to her job. You can also look into mopeds and things like this. I am not sure the age laws on them, but you can always check it out. If you really want to know about a license, moped laws or anything with a form of vehicle, contact your local license branch.

there is no way any state is going to give a 13 year a license they cannot even get a permit yet . it is called a hardship license but a job as a photographer hardly qualifies as a need for a hardship license. it is for people who have driving while intoxicated or drunk driving convictions just to name a few so they can keep their job. but it is limited to work and back home and possibly to go grocery shopping

It is called a work permit and yes you can get one. A few of my friends at school have paper-rounds or jobs in cafe's and hairdressers, and they have to have a license which they got from their headtacher/head of year.
hope this helps x
