The answer to your questions depends on the definition of "reality", "you", "exist", and of course, "are".

The commonsense answer is, as someone has already written, yes, yes and yes. As evidence I would offer that you are reading these words. Reading is a function of consciousness. Consciousness and being is a self-evident logical and sensible continuum.

A Buddhist answer may differ somewhat. From a Buddhist perspective it might be said that there is no you, no being and no not-being. What is is what.

If your question is less inquiry than quest for affirmation of your existence, this medium is not apt to be nearly as rewarding as some human contact. A stimulating conversation, game, walk in the park, or some such with a congenial companion would be far better. At least it works for me. Kinds keeps me from getting too turned inward y'know.

Of course we're real. If we weren't real, we would be fake, and since we're not fake, we must be real.

If reality didn't exist, were would we exist? And since we do exist, so must reality. Even though my reality is different then yours, it still exists exactly the same for each of us. We all live in reality because we are real.

I'm real because I exist in my reality and know that I am not fake because I'm real.

this is a question i asked along time a go.i was eight years old and scared to death about dying.i couldnt go to sleep for fear of dying in my sleep.after a few months of another night of red watery eyes and sleeping out of exhaustion i was given a vision.i heard a voice explaining to me that we are living our dream.she showed me asleep in spirit and me as i am.i didnt understand because i could feel pain and emotions.we are given a chance to live life on this plane and experience things an an earthly level abling us to feel emotion,pain taste smell .we are real on this plane.

There is a good way to check f your real or not.Look in the mirror at your Aura. If you can see one then you are a living organism. If you can't see an Aura, then your oooooooh so dead.

yes because if I really stop and think about it, I really remember real things that happened to people I know. I can't have imagined flying over the ocean.
