The Kingston Trio. I saw them up close singing it back in the
70's at a local highschool The lead singer, whos' name I
forget right now (senior moment), was the only original guy
from that group. He had formed a new group and they sounded identical to the old, under his direction. He's probably 70 something now. I loved the sound of his music.

The Kingston Trio, and it was a hit when I met my first boyfriend, over the Christmas Holidays, and he ad to go back to Boarding School, and was used, he could not stay.
His name was Tom, but so was his father's Tom, so he was always known as Nicky.
Oh we were so in love, we could not bare the thought of him going back to school in another State.! Puppy love.
