You don't need to WIN. You just need to play the game AND understand the rules.

It can't be that bad, and it can ALWAYS be worse. Cheer up. A change of attitude works miracles. Hang in there.

Then stop being competitive .

Work on learning something or improving your talents .

Just trying to win all the time is actually a loosers thing .
