a 38DDD is equal to a 38EE -- the 38E is equal to a 38DD; D vs E is just about cup shape.

Lane Bryant does indeed carry Cacique bras in those sizes but check the fit in the store - Cacique tends to run a cup large in sizing.

38 will be close the the bottom of the stock ask the clerk there to look in the stock or to order what you need for fitting.

Your other option is a custom bra shop.

A friend of mine wore an unusual size, and she bought her bras at Frederick's of Hollywood simply because of the variety of sizes that they carried. She said that they had a very good quality of bras that held up well. I hope this is helpful.

JCPennys has many sizes in store andd online and they are on sale online right now. i had the same problem and back problems and ended up getting a reduction 3 years ago. I would do it again because it's rough trying to be "normal".

Have you looked at bigger bras? They sell bra sizes from 32AA to 50K. Your size of 38DDD falls well within that size range. Look at this page http://www.scottishwallet.com/Bigger_Bras_coupons_deals_promotions.html , to see if you can also use a coupon at bigger bras.
