If PHI ties NYM AND if a tiebreaker game is necessary, the game will be in Philadelphia on Monday. This has been determined by a coin flip.

If SD ties COL AND if a tiebreaker game is necessary, the game will be in San Diego on Monday. This has been determined by a coin flip.

Sites of tiebreaker games are NOT determined by head-to-head record; they are determined by random drawing.

depends on what the records of philly and mets are because if the rockies tie the padres they'd both be 89-73. if the mets and philly tie at 88-74 then both matchups play a one game playoff in philadelphia and the other in colorado beacuse of the head to head records. But if the mets and philly padres, rockies are all at 89-73 then philly and mets would play a game in philly for the divison then the loser would play the winner of the colorado padres game played in colorado for the wild card spot

I thought they settled such things with a tiebreaker (record vs. eachother, record vs. division, et. al.)
