All serial killers could re-offend if given the chance. Let's just hope they're not. Life should mean life, not just a few years. But of course it doesn't.

This is almost impossible to answer accurately without having the facts.
It depends on her rehabilitation whilst in prison.
She is likely to have had access to therapists and specialists whilst serving her sentence.
Is she remorseful? Still mentally ill? Recovering?
So many things to consider.

Luckily...yahoo q and a doesn't bare the onerous resonsibility of deciding parole apllications. This is mainly because we have absolutely no idea what we are talking about.
