Yes it does mean that very thing and I feel we will not be privy to the reality of the Government agenda we just pay the price with lives and money and losing freedoms at home...I don't support the war now and I sign every petition I can (over a million signed the Stop War Petition) and I write my opinion to every petition I support. These petitions go to my Representatives and senators and to the white house. Do they listen?? Well Feinstein did but Barbara Boxer, I don't know. I criticized her for flying off to Greenland to see Global Warming(she should spare the expense and pollution a plane causes just to see the greening of greenland) I would prefer that she show what she is personally doing to cut back on emmissions and greenhouse gases...So no I haven't supported this invasion and occupation from the start....and thanks for the opportunity to answer this question(ie asking the question)

I do not support the war itself now (but I do support those fighting it as people close to me are in this war) , so whether or not they re instate the draft will not effect how I feel about the situation. If things keep on going like they are, then yes, there may very well be a draft in the future.

I do not "worry" or cause any attention to outcomes I do not want to see. I am hoping for a new leader(with the 2008 elections) to get us out of this mess and focus on this country, not meddling in other people's affairs. Let them make decisions on their own.

Don't get me wrong I am all for helping others in need, if they WANT the help. I am not one for dictatorship.

Very good Question,,
we are doing what the terrioist want,, we are spending money we dont have,, in cities,, at airports,,,in other countries,,,they want to bankfrupt us,, and only a few incidents every few years will do it,,,,,,,,,,,,Security is very expensive,,,,,and they know it,, they can create one disaster and it will cost us billions trying to provide protection,,, so instead of promoting war,, i feel like we should build up our military strength, so no one would dare try to harm us,,,,,I feel we are at a turning point now,, where something has to be done,, we cant fight the entire world,,,,,,,,,,and if we keep going , we are going to be slaves to china,, and other countries,,,,,it is time for a decision and it has to be soon,,,,,,,,,,,,

I don't support the wars. Wars are provoked by gangsters posing as CEOs of corporations as a means of selling drugs, arms, and humans. Wars are also started as a means to drive countries into bankruptcy by forcing them to borrow money they can't repay. Does that sound familiar to anyone?

To quote Newt Gingrich, "the war on terror is bogus."

I don't support it now. Some say that because we gave generously to them in terms of American lives and money, we are obligated to continue giving until they have sense enough to stop their civil uh (war, strife, unrest, etc.) whatever you want to call it. We have freed them of the cruel oppression of Saddam Hussein. If they are unwilling to establish a humane society, that is tragic. But we have did our part most generously. We need to defend our own borders as seriously as we now defend Iraq's borders. We are in for hard times if we don't. A very long depression, one as long as Mexico is in now.

There will not be a depression. There will not be a draft. Speculation is irrlevant.
