At most, you'd have to learn to do it again IF too much skin is removed. And if there's no skin left when soft, a lubricant could be needed, or it would help a lot (since the already-lubricated foreskin wouldn't be there to rub the head with anymore) as Jackinworld describes:
http://www.jackinworld.com/howto/ht3.html
One medical study found that circumcision made masturbation more difficult in 63% of guys:
http://www.blackwell-synergy.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1464-410X.2006.06646.x
There are other risks, too, of course. Others have found a substantial reduction in sensitivity after circumcision:
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,285532,00.html
Among other risks; there's reasons why it's no longer popular (the US is the last developed nation doing it, and even our rates are as low as 14% in some states compared to being up in 90% in the 70s. Research it well; it's a permanent decision since you can't un-do it. Here's a link with even more research, as in medical studies and statistics:

You would probably have to change your technique, and you might well find the head over-sensitive for a while. I am guessing that like most uncircumcised guys you masturbate by moving your foreskin up and down, and a little over the head. You would probably have to change that to using lube and moving your hand up and down the shaft and over the head. As a girl, it is much easier to masturbate a guy who is uncircumcised and I prefer it. Remember that circumcision was first advocated in the victorian era as a cure for masturbation - it isn't supposed to make it easier to masturbate, it is supposed to make it as difficult as possible. Also, although the head will at first be more sensitive as it isn't used to being exposed, this will reduce in time and you will lose all the nerve endings in the foreskin which help give you pleasure.
As a girl, I actually prefer the look of an uncircumcised penis, and since 50% of boys now are not circumcised I can't understand why you would want to have it done.

so thinking of tossing away a nice lot of extra sensitive skin (full of nice nerve endings that heighten pleasure) just for aesthetic reasons? Well masturbation won't be the same after. In fact if they botch the surgery your only future pleasure might come from winning a lawsuit. And even if it goes well, you are going to have to abstain for a few weeks. And once it all heals up, lubricant sales in your area are definitely going up.
If you have way too much foreskin why not go for a trim. There's no need to cut it all off.

Yeah you might well lose sensitivity and all. It depends - how much do you like your foreskin, how much pleasure does it give you? Most people who get it done later in life say sex is worse afterwards, except the circumfetishists who really like it. In terms of masturbation you will probably have to use lube, and you won't have the nice sliding foreskin.
Oh, and make sure the aesthetics is for your own benefit, not for some girl's. There are plenty of girls out there who don't have a problem with foreskin.

well you won't want to masterbate till it heals of course and then after you'l have to learn how to masterbate again, probably with lubricant. It won't be the same of course, but you will have no problem getting back to your old habits.

yes it will make it feel worse. something it tried once, pull the foreskin all the way back and hold it there so it cant move. now try and masturbate. feels yuck doesn't it. you should be happy with the way it looks. that is the way God made you so why would you want to change something that works perfectly well.
In the end i suppose it is your penis and as an adult you can choose what you want to do with it. just check out the links below and see if you still want to get it done.

Other than being unable to play with your junk for a while because of the pain associated with the operation, you will be able to resume your playing after it heals.

Of course it won't affect your masturbation habits....it will actuall feel even better since you have the head because the head is very sensitive to touch.
