When did they cheat? Never heard anything like that. George Brett was playing for KC when that happened, it was bullshite then and still is . Brett was screwed.

Yes they are going to add a 3rd baseman (I think they have given up on Inge hitting), already announced Guillen will be their first baseman, will be signing an all-star shortstop they announced, Shaun Casey figures to be traded. He even said that when he was interviewed last night. They need a consistent power hitter in left field they will be looking for.

Yes they have plenty of pitching and hitting to win 90 games...Seattle almost won 90 games with a below avg team

I would say, that based on the fact that before 2006 they hadn't even had a winning season since 1993 and hadn't won 90 games since 1987, it's going to be a while

Since WHEN did the tigers cheat? They could of easily been a 100 game winner team if not for rogers, zumaya, rodney, sheffield, thames all being injured for part of the season. i dont wanna use injuries at an excuse, but can you tell me that all those injuries didn't affect the team?

No way. Their team is getting older and older. They already have to rely on Ordonez and Sheffield.
