I wouldn't call you disfunctional, but definitely conceited. I'm sorry, but when people ask you how your family is doing, it's because they care about you and about your family enough to use up their valuble time asking you about them. And you want them to pay you for that?!? Because they care enough to ask you and you're to lazy to answer? No, you definitely shouldn't get paid, and while the expression 'time is money' is sometimes true, I think you're going to have to deflate your head just a little bit so that you can see that the rest of the world works hard to earn money, and gets paid for, get this: doing their job. Something you might consider getting instead of sitting at your computer and deciding that your time is more precious than everybody else's.

Firstly, it's dysfunctional.
Secondly, that's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. If your time is so valuable that you need to be paid every second, then work every second. Don't answer when people attempt to take an interest in your life and ask how your family is. Enjoy your life with no friends...

I don't think you are diosfuntional, just too self absorbed. Pay to talk to you? Really....are you a psychiatrist?

Time is is not always worth money, though....if you have something of value to offer, perhaps, but who would pay for ten minutes of sitting on a hot iron? Well....some folks might, but not many. that leaves the question...what do you avhe to offer that's of value in your conversation? I don't have any idea for you. As for myself....that will be $2500 please....cash only.

Not dysfuntional,..just full of your own self importance..!!
I do hope to pass you as you labourto change a wheel on the hard shoulder of a motorway. I wouldn't offer assistance to a jumped up dipstick such as you.
To everyone else, it would be my pleasure to help you out of a tight spot, if i was able to. And for free,..because that is the decent and proper way to behave.

Yes I believe I should be paid 2 cents for every answer and 10 for long involved reading and answering! I'd have like $100 by now ...

Well... I personally think everyone that looks at me should pay me. But lately with my Avatar not working, my income has been seriously decreased. I really need it to start showing up to work.

Edited: Wow. Some people took this question way too serious. I fear for these people, because taking things like this THAT serious can lead to heart-attacks. I think we should warn them, what do you think? ....of course, after they pay us.

No, you are narcissistic:

egotistic: characteristic of those having an inflated idea of their own importance

Narcissism is the pattern of characteristics and behaviors which involve infatuation and obsession with one's self to the exclusion of others and the egotistic and ruthless pursuit of one's gratification, dominance and ambition. In everyday use outside the field of psychology, the word generally refers to people who just are inordinately fond of themselves, without the pathological connotations.
