does anyone know any good home remedies that might help me feel better in about 5 hours. i was told that my work performance wasnt as good last night as it usually is. well gee....................i WAS sick!!!

I usually take chicken soup and a lemon and honey drink when i'm not well.

dayquil is the bestest thing ever made for colds... it works wonders...
also, drinking tea, without sugar, will help to clear you up a little... my mom makes this homemade cough syrup... you take brandy and honey and mix it well, and take 3 -4 teaspoons of it...

Drink plenty of fluids, no sugar, to try to flush the germs/virus out of your system.
Take a nice, hot shower to make yourself sweat the impurities out.
If you are constipated, take something to clean yourself out. Constipation will make you stay sick longer!
Take a nice nap!

it depends what your sick with, but a spoon of honey always seems to help with anything or a cup of green tea
