they just gave you the equation y= -3x + 6 so show you how they got those numbers for you to plot.

(x,y) .. so if you took the first number they got you, which was (0, 6) plug in zerp for X and you get Y (which is 6)
6= -3(0)+6

those pairs actually represent point coordinates... so if you were to draw them, you would get the line described by the equation you got. the first number in the pair is the X coordinate, the second is the Y one.
