Intel GMA950 scales up to 224mb shared RAM. It has DX 9.0 and vertex Shader 3.0 support. It has TnL support. And i'm not guessing. Check Intel's info:

If you have 1gb RAM, that graphics card should more than meet minimum system requirement of GTA San Andreas. Ti4200 is just a DX8 card and vertex shader 1.1 support.

?????

Intel GMA 950 is an integrated graphics solution.
And as far as I know, the Ti4200 is a desktop graphics card(and you posted this under notebooks). Maybe you meant GeForce4 4200 Go?

Between those 2 the '4200 go' is better.

Either case, I think they will both play San Andreas at minimum settings, but don't take my word for it, specially with the 950.

Intel video does not support Hardware Transformation and Lighting (Hardware TnL) and therefore many games just do not run on it. Be advised!
