Neither. NA-dya would be close, but the D doesn't actually make a pronounced D sound. ;) It's said NAHT-yah, and is the German and Slovene form of Nadya (short for Nadezhda).

Don't name your baby girl "Nadja" --- she'll go through hell in school. Have mercy on her formative years and use the English equivalent -- Natalie.
