Battlefield 2142 Patch 1.40?

I installed this patch only to find out it's a beta and there's only a few servers running it. Is there a way to switch back?

The only way to switch back is to completely uninstall the game and reinstall.

yes what he said. You have to uninstall the whole game and reinstall with the patch.. I happened to do this myself when the patch first game out some time ago.
