It is never illegal to download themes to your pc... but if you want to make your pc look like a mac I recommend flyakiteosx. flyakiteosx is completely free and will not harm your computer in anyway.

Well, if you want a mac-looking theme, try FlyAKite OSX. It won't screw up your computer and it will do a good job of emulating Apple systems (though it won't be perfect, it will be better than most).

once you have have been given wireless you are able to download them from the psstore, or once you have have been given a PS3 from there, once you have none of those you are able to frequently seem up loose PSP subject matter Downloads on Google.
