Final Fantasy V? Tidus's Skills?

I'm fighting sinspawn gui, and I need haste to defeat him. It's one of Tidus's skills. How do I use it or where can I get it?

I think you must be talking about Final Fantasy X, because there was no Tidus in V. Here is a map of the sphere grid. Just use your mouse to hover over the turquoise colored squares to show what ability each one is.

Just unlock the ability you want Tidus to learn on the sphere grid.

FF X? tidus can cast haste only after you go to the sphere grid and enable it.
